Privacy Policy

Last updated: November 1, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Facts (“we”, “us”) collects and uses information when you visit Facts (facts.coloringyes.com). For privacy questions, contact contact@facts.coloringyes.com.

Information we collect

We do not ask for or knowingly collect sensitive personal data, and we do not sell any information you send us directly.

Advertising

This website shows ads to remain free. We use Google AdSense and/or Google Ad Manager.

Where personalized ads are not allowed or you decline them, ads may still be shown using limited or non-personalized data (for example, the page you are reading and your approximate location). Advertising partners may also use data to measure ad performance and prevent fraud and invalid clicks.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the website (for example, pages viewed, time on page and the website that referred you). Google Analytics uses cookies and processes your IP address; reports we see are aggregated. You can prevent this with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on or your consent choices.

Your consent choices

Visitors from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are asked for consent through a consent management platform certified by Google before cookies are used for personalized advertising or analytics. You can review or change your choices at any time with the Privacy settings link in the footer (where available), in your browser settings, or through the opt-out links above. Blocking all cookies may affect parts of the website.

Legal bases (EEA, UK and Switzerland)

We process personal data on the basis of your consent (personalized advertising, analytics and non-essential cookies), our legitimate interests (operating, securing and improving the website, and serving non-personalized ads), and legal obligations. You may withdraw consent at any time; this does not affect processing that happened before.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal data, to object to or restrict processing, and to complain to your local data protection authority. To make a request, email contact@facts.coloringyes.com. We may need to verify your request and will answer within the time required by law.

U.S. state privacy rights

Residents of California and other U.S. states with privacy laws may have the right to know what personal information is collected, to request deletion or correction, and to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for targeted (cross-context behavioral) advertising. Cookies used for personalized ads may be considered a sale or sharing under these laws. You can opt out with the Privacy settings link (where available), by enabling the Global Privacy Control signal in your browser, through Google Ads Settings, or by emailing contact@facts.coloringyes.com. We do not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

Children

This website is intended for a general adult audience and is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA and UK). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us so we can delete it.

Data retention and security

Server logs are kept only as long as our hosting and security providers need them. Emails are kept as long as needed to handle your request. Advertising and analytics providers keep data according to their own policies. We use reasonable technical measures, including HTTPS, to protect the website.

International transfers

Our service providers, including Google, may process data in countries other than yours, such as the United States, using safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.

Third-party links

Articles may link to other websites. Their privacy practices are their own; please read their policies.

Reading preferences and fonts

The theme uses locally installed fonts without contacting an external font service.

When you change the color mode, your preference is saved in your browser’s local storage (wk-mode). This value is not submitted to the website by the theme. If you arrive through a link with campaign parameters (utm_*), they are kept in your browser’s session storage and added to links within this website until you close the tab, so the campaign can be measured across pages. Other plugins and services, including advertising, may have their own data practices.

Changes

We will update this page when our practices change and revise the date above.
